How early should I arrive for a spa service?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your treatment time. Late arrivals will shorten your treatment time. Remember that your service will end on time so that the next client isn’t delayed, regardless of how late you start.

What do I need to bring?
Sunflower provides you with everything. Just be on time and we will take care of the rest.

May I bring my children?
For safety purposes, please do not bring children into the treatment area. The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so respect the other guests’ right to privacy and quiet.

Can I request a therapist?
You may request a therapist at time of booking your appointment. Otherwise an available therapist will treat you.

Are there any contradictions to spa treatments?
There are no contradictions to Sunflower’s treatments. Consult your doctor if you have pre-existing conditions or health problems. Please inform us of any physical ailments, disabilities, allergies, pregnancy, pace makers or if you under medication. Sunflower is not responsible for any complications occurring due to the lack of this information.

What is the tipping policy?
Gratuity is not included in prices. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. Gratuities of 15-20% are customary.

Do I get any discount for a referral from my friends?
Yes. You will receive 10% off any services on your next visit as well as each new customer you refer for a first time visit. Ask for referral coupon at front desk or print it from our website.
